Sky AI helps you turn a single audio file into multiple content types - such as show notes, a blog article, or a LinkedIn post. It’s fully integrated into Springcast PRO and fits on top of your existing workflow. You decide if and when you use Sky, and you only publish once you’re happy with the result.
At a glance
What you can generate: show notes, blog post, LinkedIn article (more variants coming).
Completely optional: enable Sky per workspace and use it only when you want to.

Token-based usage: content generation works with tokens (see below).
Data processed in Europe: transcription via AssemblyAI and content generation via Microsoft Azure OpenAI; we have data processed in the EU.

How Sky AI fits into your workflow
Create an episode or use an existing one
Make sure the audio file is attached to your episode. Other fields (like description or publication date) aren’t required for using Sky.(Optional) Create a transcript
Open the Transcription/Transcripts section in your episode or editor to generate a transcript (free).Generate content with Sky
Go to the Sky AI menu to generate show notes, a blog article, LinkedIn content, etc. Review & copy the pieces you want and paste them where you need them (e.g., your episode description).Publish when you’re ready
Everything remains a draft until you publish. PRO explicitly prompts you to publish changes so the website, player and RSS are only updated afterwards.
Brand Book (recommended)
A Brand Book gives Sky extra context about your brand voice, audience, writing style, key messages and desired CTAs. The result: content that better matches your tone of voice and target audience.
Where to find it: in your show’s Marketing settings (for website and channels). Add your brand and audience info there; Sky uses it as additional briefing.
Recommended Brand Book fields
Language (input & output): the language of your audio (input) and the language you want for generated content (output).
Main topics: the core themes of your podcast show.
Audience: who you want to reach (role, industry, level of knowledge).
Key messages & themes: 3–5 points that may consistently return.
Tokens - how usage works
Sky charges content generation in tokens. You can think of tokens as tiny chunks of text an AI model reads or writes. Your tokens act like a virtual wallet tied to your billing details.
More text = more tokens. A long episode or an extensive blog variant uses more tokens than short show notes.
Upfront estimate. Before generating, you’ll see an indicative price in tokens and euros (an average across all generated variants for that specific item).
Pay for what you use. Actual costs for generated content are deducted from your token balance.
Clear transactions. The workspace owner and team members with the Finance role can view a transaction log showing who generated which content.
